AC design installed my system as part of my new home build with DreamFinders. I submitted a warranty claim for a roughly installed air handler. For some reason the opening where the filter goes was finished very uneven and was less than the 1 inch standard opening for about six inches of the opening. This made it extremely hard to remove or insert a new filter. 7/14:26. I am posting an update to my previous post. The AC Design team returned and determined that the air handler box needed to be rebuilt. They rebuilt the box & my filter slides in and out perfectly. Great job in getting the best results to my problem. I have just signed up for their annual maintenance because I am very happy with the service they have provided.
Tech Cole, called 45mins before arriving. Upon arrival explained what he was going to do and got to it. Cole was courteous and professional and asked for any input I might have, the price covers 2 visits a years and very reasonable.
Great experience! Abby worked on my (2) AC units and performed a complete 6-month maintenance on both units. Upon completing the service, Abby went over the report details and provided photos for some observations and recommendations. Abby was professional, thorough and cordial. Top notch service!

This company is as professional as they come! Techs are knowledgeable, communication is on point and respectful of the homes they work in. I'll def use them for all HVAC needs in the future.
We had such a great experience with AC Designs today.Dylan Garrick and Comfort Advisor, Jason were so kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Unfortunately we need a new AC unit, but we appreciated their honesty and how thorough they were explaining everything to us. It was so nice to have such a positive experience with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend!! Thank you both!!
