I've had service with them for 3 years and they never have disappointed us. From their office staff to their technicians the service is outstanding. It's great to see that they are still a locally owned and operated company. Tyler the service technician was prompt, thorough, and polite.

I bought a house with two AC units installed by AC Designs and, shortly after we moved in, I discovered a small issue. They stood behind their work when they didn't have to, repaired it, and have earned a customer for life. I cannot compliment these guys enough, and the technician Logan is top notch. Highly recommend!
Huge shout out to Dylan! He arrived to perform a maintenance service and added on an evaporation coil cleaning (long story, but it was on the work order for this service call). He did an amazing job. The coils were clogged and dirty and by the time he finished they shined and looked brand new. He did the semiannual service maintenance and cleaned up afterwards. The coils were a challenge because of their location and mess was bad but by the time he finished and cleaned up it was like he was never even here. Thank you, thank you A/C designs for sending Dylan to our house. We want to recommend him to everyone and want him back in the future to service our A/C.
