Daniel was great he educated me on my AC unit and went above and beyond to make sure my unit was working at top peek.
My A/C unit was pushing hot air and I wasn't able to catch the problem till after 5 o'clock. After calling the emergency line, they were very responsive and had a tech out here urgently. The technician jumped right on the problem and tackled it quickly. I would highly recommend A/C designs and I applaud your team for fantastic service!
Billy and Logan were punctual and extremely professional. They replaced everything wonderfully and truly showed their attention to detail. The job was well done and there was no mess left behind.They deserve a raise for the excellent work!

I know that I have read the reviews below, and I am surprised to read them. We bought out house (new build) 18 months ago. We have had no problem with any service from A/C Designs. We have had them out 2 twice so far, once of a check-up on the system, and the other today, because we had a temperature problem. Everyone has always been more than great. From the front office to the people that came to our house. I can say that based upon my experience I would recommend A/C Designs.

Masterclass on customer service from your team yesterday. Dispatchers were positive and found a way to get us on the schedule. Management available and involved with making sure that we were informed. Tech was knowledgeable and efficient and had parts needed on hand. He also went above and beyond after the repair and gave the system a pressure test and inspection and found a dehumidifier filter that needed to be cleaned which was clutch. You folks clearly "Care" about your customers and we appreciate it. Keep up the good work and we will continue telling everyone about our experiences with your company.
