Arrived on time and did a good job
We received a call and an email when the tech was on his way, which was early in our scheduled block of time. He was professional and efficient.
Our technician Cole was fabulous. Took his time. Explained results as he went. Very neat work. Would like to request him for next service.
1/6/26. DJ was excellent. He has knowledge of our system, was friendly, helpful and even removed shoes on carpet floors. Much appreciated! He was very thoughtfull in dealing with our many questions - especially about safety concerns. He deserves the 5 STARS!!
Costs were higher than expected for replacing cut off box thus unsure about that. With service agreement, that made it a little easier to accept.

Wayne did an excellent job
Corey wth AC Design was a consummate professional from the time he arrived until the job was done. It was an absolute pleasure working with him to find the issues with our new ac/heat pump on our newly constructed home. He immediately found a high side leak at the drier to the outside unit. He recovered the old refrigerant and repaired the leak. He recharged the system and had us back up in no time at all. If I could give Corey some advice is keep doing things exactly the way your doing them. AC Design is lucky to have Corey on their team. I've been in appliance refrigeration for 41 years and I know a great tech when I see one. AC Design responded to our repair within minutes from us reaching out to our builder had us booked and showed up right on time. It was a truly pleasure to work with a company that values customer service like AC Design and because of call center scheduling and prompt competent service I look forward to using AC design in the future.
