My thermostat has been shutting off and they came out and found out that it has an emergency shut off switch and that is what was the problem. I chose to have another thermostat put on that was easier to use and I am very happy with the guy that came out as well as the service he provided.

Jackson was our service technician. He called before he arrived and he was on time. He was very professional and as he did his work, he explained everything. We highly recommend him and will be asking for him in the future. .
David did an awesome job explaining what I would need for the future. He was very detailed in his explanation and showed me where the dust build up around the coils.
