Alex was the tech to first come out to my home and assess my AC. Let me just say Alex is THE MAN!! He thoroughly explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and gave me multiple options. He got back to me with pricing extremely quickly and was able to have my new system ready to install in just a few days. The install team was equally great, I believe their names were Colby and Kobi. They were friendly, kind, and fast. As a single woman who owns my own home, I have dealt with many men who have been so disrespectful to me and talked to me frankly in a very condescending manner.
