Great semi-annual service provided by the technician. He explained systems were working fine and stated temp splits.
I called A/C Design to get a second quote for a unit replacement. Ronaldo came out very quickly looked at the system and the same day I had 4 options for replacement. All options were detailed with all information needed to make an informed decision. The new Daikin system was installed very quickly. Very professional and helpful installers came , hooked everything up and explained everything. They were clean, courteous and informative. Very happy with the sales, support, install and especially the Daikin HVAC system.
Tech was very detailed when explaining any issues that he saw and what we could do to help with air quality. Highly recommend.
Jacob was on time. Very helpful with thermostat and eliminated the whistle/squeak in the unit. Very courteous and not rushed. Great experience.

They were great. They came right away the minute there was a problem. They fixed it fast and efficiently and were very nice people!
Have had them out twice for 1) scheduled maintenance and 2) I had a controller fail due to lightning. They did a thorough inspection, honored the MFG warranty on the units parts and everything was back up and running within 30 minutes.
Jonathan, our AC technician was very thorough and made sure that our system was working correctly. He checked everything I inquired about, and even went into the attic to make sure we had no problems. I would highly recommend the company.
