Jacob was on time and very prompt. He walked us through everything he did while performing the maintenance on our system. He explained what he was doing before he did it and gave us updates on how our system looked as he went along. He was very professional and very thorough. We will be using him again for future maintenance needs on our unit.
They replaced our entire system for free. AC Designs helped me out when I needed it most. It was part of a give away they did and I am still at a loss for words. To see that there is a company with that much integrity still in the world these days is amazing.
