On time, efficient but thorough, and Professional.
AC Designs came out same day to provide a quote, offered multiple options at different price ranges, worked around our schedule for installation & answered every question along the way. Couldn't have been a more smooth process, especially since we live out of state from the home needing installation. Very pleased with everything! New unit works amazing and will lower our monthly electricity bill. Will definitely be calling them again for service needs and/or installation in another house down the road!
Elmer was awesome! He was quick and efficient, gave me recommendations, and wore booties in the house. You've got a great technician in him!!

AC Designs has treated me very well and is very knowledgeable about all things heating and air conditioning. I have had bad luck with home warranty ppl and all the AC design technicians that have come into my home have always been kind, professional and have kept my ac units going for longer than the average lifespan. I am very thankful for their service and support.
