We just received our regular bi-annual service for our units - facilitated by techs Corey and Davis (Andrew) - they did an outstanding job! These two truly went above and beyond for us. Corey is always extremely knowledgeable and very thorough - I always feel reassured anytime he's involved. His love for the trade and willingness to help truly exudes the work he does. Andrew swept my floor ?? - through no fault of his own, insulation falls out of our attic. AC Designs has consistently delivered stellar service and they have a great team that truly takes ownership! Always customer driven in all facets from scheduling the appointment with their friendly staff (Kyle and Eileen) to the work and follow-up for the next call.
