I called for a repair on my old unit and the technician confirmed that it was time to replace because repairs on the old unit would not be cost effective. I knew it was time because our old unit was 13 yrs old & struggling to cool the house. The entire process was stress free. The technician helped me select a package that was appropriate for my house. The installers came the same day and the new unit was up and running within a few hours. All of the AC Design employees were courteous and respectful. They all worked quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience & I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
