Update 2025: 5 years later... I bought a new Daikin system from AC Designs about 9 months ago, and I have just had my second visit (under warranty) for semi-annual check up. All was good, although Justice, my new Technician, recommended an in-duct active air purifier. This ~$1000 unit is supposed to offset the positive ions inside my house with negative ions. Justice shared some benefits with me, and I told him I'd start my research. Jury is still out. Any thoughts?
2020: Moved to this area a little over a year ago and called A.C. Designs to check out my HVAC System. Signed up for the annual service plan. Today Jacob came out to check out our System. Everything is good. Yay! Jason is so polite, professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. 6 months ago that visit was just as professional and I really feel comfortable (not only in the house) but in working with this company.

So glad we were referred to A/C Designs HVAC. They are knowledgeable, efficient, on time, and reasonable. I highly recommend. We had used another service company for years and they just became worse and worse. Finding A/C Designs has been an incredible relief.
