It was excellent customer service in servicing our A/C unit.
Drain was clogged. Called AC Designs on a Sunday. Three hours later Tyler was here and fixed the problem. If that's not great service I don't know what is. Nice and cool again!!!

AC Designs installed our HVAC system as part of our new home build in 2022 and we have them back semi-annually for maintenance. Their service has been great. They reach out to schedule the appointments, the tech calls on their way, they take their time and are not pushy about any recommendations they make. The tech reviews what was done and provides a written report. We have had zero problems, are very pleased with every tech over the last 3 years and the overall service they provide. We will continue using AC Designs.
