RJ came out today for our regular maintenance. Great at letting us know when he would arrive! He was very knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything thoroughly so that we understood what needed to be done to have to ac run efficiently throughout this hot summer. Thanks to RJ…we will be cool and comfortable….inside our home????
I have used A/C Designs since I moved into my home. I have a service agreement, they come twice a year to maintain the AC unit. Today, my technician was Jackson. He is truly an asset as an employee. Timely, courteous, very knowledgeable and personable. I had an excellent experience.
From scheduling our 1st year tuneup to completing the work, A/C Designs was top notch. The technician, Chris, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He provided thorough explanation of work completed and was thorough in doing work. Appreciate the honesty and quality all around.
