Service call by Luciano and Jacob this afternoon was excellent. They performed routine maintenance on both our units, including unplugging a drain line I didn't know was plugged! Our units are both 13 years old, but still functioning well. Luciano made a couple of recommendations to increase the life of our system, explaining them clearly. The repairs were made quickly and professionally. Thank you for the excellent service.
Luciano and Jacob were fantastic. Not only did they provide great service, but Luciano was excellent in explaining the system and provided detailed information to make an informed decision about their products. Both were also very courteous and a pleasure to converse with. I highly recommend their services. If you are fortunate, you will have Luciano and Jacob as the persons knocking on the front door.
